The simple question to that is, as many times as they like. Have you got represensation yet? If not, it may be an idea for a solicitor to intervene

just wait until the judge gives the CPS a date to produce all of the evidence, then see that date extended, and extended, and extended, and extended, until the point where you receive it in full the day before the trial starts..............

IF YOUVE BEEN CHARGED the CPS will wait as long as poss until the judge says "hurry the fook up" when they'll contact police. If police don't have anything new, then its bye-bye case.

 

If you HAVEN'T been charged, then its up to the Police to get fresh evidence, or until the CPS think its "not in the public interest" to persue the investigation.

That made me chuckle, Ive not been charged with anything, they have no evidence its just my word against sombody elses,

 

But I keep getting rebailed.
