Did they not enter that Toto cup thingy in july? They must have been banking on getting through cause they are massive you know.

My point is that the Inter Toto Cup is nothing more than City who did the Far East tour with Bolton. A pre-season thing. It shouldn't attract a bye for the second cup competition's earlier rounds.
