Three weeks ago I paid ??1.20 in a pay and display machine for two hours parking and it didn't give the ticket when I pressed the green button. It also didn't give my money back when I pressed reject cash. I banged it like f??ck but no joy. I wrote a note starting "Dear Traffic Warden etc etc........"

If you looked in the slot you could see my coin hadn't fell right down and was jammed so nobody else could use it until it had been fixed.

 

I returned to my van to find a parking ticket on it

a lad I go to uni with got a ticket because his pay & display sticker fell off and landed on the drivers seat --- clearly visible from the window.

 

He's currently considerin suing the council for selling him a faulty product - apparently someone in Manchester did a similar thing a while back.

I was in the Man & Scythe on Tuesday night and I noticed them having a blitz on Churchgate. While they were at it a chav pinched the traffic warden's hat and ran off with it.

If you think Bolton is bad, try parking in Cardiff for the day.. Whole place is a f??ckin nitemare.
