The Cole/Gallas swap was a few minutes late, as far as i remember.

Don't forget, Sam has to 'prozone' the guy and test his psychological apptitude. I don't think you can do that over the phone. That's why our transfers take three times as long as anybody else's. As Sam keeps saying, it's not a case of signing a few papers and agreeing terms - that's the old days.
