Msi Take Hammers To High Court

Featured Replies

why would the lawyers employed by the billionaire owner of WHU instruct WHU to terminate the agreement (on the basis that they would be able to because the agreements wouldn't be enforceable anyway in UK law)?

Likewise, why would the lawyers for the billion dollar backed MSI group be taking them to court for breach if everything was above board.

A quick perusal of business history reveals that so many big money companies do unethical, illegal practices, simply because the potential reward is so great. One cannot simply assume that because expensive lawyers have given advice (which don't forget, may have been ignored anyway) it must all be above board.

I'm not for a second thinking it's above board. More that billion dollar backed businesses do not usually like losing.

MSI backed by billionaires?

MSI backed by billionaires?

Yep. And those drug barrons have a lot more guns and hitman contacts than your icelandic chairman.
