Just a thought, most folks on here are pleading for a central midfielder aswell as a striker, ive seen him a fair bit and he looks like a very good player, he's young and has got even more potential amongst his current atributes. available for 4-5m, i think it would be a very good buy.

The trouble is that he is demanding about ?60,000 a week which is far too much. He is a good player and a regular in the French national side, however, i think the Anelka wages that we have just got rid of (around ?70,000 a week) could be put to better use

There are plenty of good players around, some even within our budget. But there is f?ck all chance bringing many of them to the Reebok. We aren't an attractive option.

 

Also there are about 60,000 reasons why we wouldn't sign Diarra

We're not going to get him as SSN have just announced he's gone to Pompet.

 

Dabo would be a good player but as he's not played in 6 months he'll be quite far off match fitness

 

I'd get him if they wanted around ?1m - no more tho
