Bolton striker Kevin Davies has promised title chasers Manchester United his side will "put 10 men behind the ball" at Chelsea on Sunday.

 

United may need the Wanderers to do them a favour at Stamford Bridge - if the champions fail to beat Wigan.

 

Davies has vowed that Bolton will not roll over because they are not mathematically safe from relegation.

 

He said: "It's only goal difference now that can affect us so we'll go to Chelsea and put 10 men behind the ball.

 

"Hopefully that will be enough. We are more or less safe but we can't afford to take our foot off the pedal at Chelsea."

 

Bolton head to Chelsea in great form. They have taken 10 points from their last 12, which has virtually guaranteed Premier League football next season.
