But the problem was BWFC is too big a football club to be playing in the 3rd Division and Phil Neal had around 7 years and couldn't get us out of it (at the right end)

 

In his best season he lost out in a promotion race to Grimsby,Southend and Cambridge and then lost in the play off final to Tranmere.Stability in the 3rd Division is abject failure for a club of our stature.

This is true, but 10 years in a row in the premier league with Uefa cup qualification thrown in is punching above our weight for a club of our stature. The next division down is expected sooner or later (and has been for a good number of years). We aren't what some people think we are, especially the young 'ens.
