I imagine the perpetrator was busy trying to blow the trail of smoke away from himself. . . and has since made a trip to a chemist shop for something to put on his burnt hand.

Some of the best pictures ever taken were taken when the snapper did feck all to help a situation. OK his picture aint going to win any awards but what should he have done dialed 999? St Johns were there in seconds.
