Spot on, "European CEN Official Safety Standard".. I am just uncomfortable with the sales pitch.. play on your fear of your kids being hurt, then visit your house, dare say show all the hazards and what a bad parent you are.. then flog you motorised blinds with no protruding cords or chains.. Or, if the control cord is in a loop, cut it and just have two lengths of string. Simples!
