I presume he has family and friends? If so, where was there help? see, generally, i agree with what you're saying, but reading the article, it seems what he didn't turn up for was an appeal hearing held 100 odd miles from home Quote
Casino Posted March 24, 2013 Posted March 24, 2013 which is strange as there are appeals tribunals held in bolton, wiggin and manchester unless he's thought to be living up there, it seems very odd its typical bolton rag reporting, too my sister in law is permanently wheelchair bound, in full time employment and doesn't have 100 quid a month to fund a scooter, either Quote
