They run something at school called connextions, they help you find employment for when you leave. I ended up with a women who had told me she was new to the job and i was her first client. Did'nt think nothing of it. I sent an application form off in november which she helped me write, i applied for apprenticeship joinery. Ive just phoned the college and they've told me i need to find employment before i applie at the college. The stupid cow's just probably cost me a year, most of my mates have sorted out their apprenticeships allready. Done my best

Now I can see why you are not overly confident about passing English Literature After reading that it's English Language he won't be passing. English Lit is just writing Essays on some books and poems... It's the Language that really tests spelling and punctuation. Well sorry Rich. That easy is it? And how many books and poems must you learn about simply to write about three. Maybe your doing foundation. I actually got B's in my mock but after the amount of poems and short storys you have to learn about i know i wont remember enough to pass lit. ok, cheers for the help Horwich, got the application form for north lancs. Now e-mailing Joinery direct to see if they've any apprenticeships on offer, since you lot have alot more experiance then me, what do i say?? Keep it simple or start selling myself (no jokes please =; )

I'm lookinh for an apprenticeship in joinery. Visited North Lancs trainings wesite and it said to download application form, fill it in, print it then send it to them.
