Good first half last night, looking forward to concluding bit tonight. I too was amazed that he got knicked for killing an adult first.

i studied the moors murders for both criminology and sociology.

its a crime that still evokes passionate discussion and always will.

the number of 'heated talks' we had about wether he was a sick fukk by nature or lifestyle/experience/upbringing had made him that way.

as for hindley, i reckon she was always viewed as more disgusting than brady, for the simple reason that it goes against the very laws of nature that say a woman nutures and protects the young.

how many people were told about 'bad men' 'strange men' etc when they were younger?? how many of your parents warned you about ' bad women'?? women were never seen as a threat,or as perverts.

Some women undoubtedly do sick things to children, but for some reason- a lot of us like to pretend that they dont.

Anyway- personally i think there were just sick fukks. I realise some experiences in life can change you, shape you etc, but ultimately you are responsible for yourself.

it pisses me off when folk are in court and they are 'from a broken home' etc. So what. So am i. Shall i go harming folk and robbing houses then eh?? Shall i use that as an excuse to behave badly for the rest of my life???

I really do think that some folk are born bad, and that these people could have the best of love/nuture/lifestyle etc and still be rotton.

Brady and Hindley are 2 such people.

of course they dont, im just pointing out that for some reason generations of people have thought that its something that men do, and women didnt.

im just saying women abusing/harming/killing children seems to be more taboo. as though women are not capable of it, which is bollocks.

 

im certainly not implying Mick that every bloke is a potential child murderer. Men too have the inbulit gene to protect/nuture/defend their young.

Im simply stating that a lot of people were more disgusted with Hindley because she was a woman. people didnt think women did things like that.

I think Mrs C is saying that women are generally regarded as being the gentle sex who would not harm a fly but there are those who go against the stereotype and Hindley was one of those. I think Hindley was a weak character who was under the influence of Brady but at the same time knew what she was doing and was therefore an evil woman. I never heard the tape of Lesley Anne Downey but just reading about it makes me angry that anyone hearing an innocent child calling for her mother could continue to torture that child.

Hindley is rotting in hell, the sooner Brady joins her the better. If there was ever a case for bringing back the rope, the Pennine Murders is it. :x

The longer he is left to rot in jail the more pain he will go through, if he went via death sentence that is surely the easy way out for him as

 

I want to see this b*stard have a long and painful death for what he did to those poor kids he deserves everything he gets!

As long as Brady is still alive, there is some hope that the body of Keith Bennett may be found. Some say that Brady is living off this final bit of power that he has.

One thing to think about regarding the death sentence, if they had been hung then 3rd body on the moors would not have been found

Public execution is the way forward. That or chain gangs they have across the pond, a hards days work, everyday for the rest of their lives will soon sort the c*nts out.

 

Rather than murderers getting a cushy cell somewhere with SKY and a playstation. And our taxes go towards them getting these little treats.

its also possible that females of these 'killing couples' are just as influential and evil as the men. its also possible that society sees women as weaker and try to make excuses for their behaivour.

there are much fewer people researching the motives/physche of female murderers/abusers than there are of male ones..
