  1. Old ticket Office at the station  has a good selection, but not very cheap (nowhere is) otherwise wander to Mill Road as a few more pubs/bars around there. Devonshire arms has some local ales on, otherwise the Peterfield or the Alex a bit further past there are ok

Cambridge or Cambridge North for a couple of swift ones? Get in at half 6

Only a crap hotel bar at Cambridge North, couple of pubs at main station, or a few on way to ground from there

  3. Forecast has changed, currently dry with some rain forecast later today. Tomorrow, as it stands, should be dry all day.

Rain stopped yesterday at midday after it was forecast to rain all day.

Wasn’t a few games in the region called off last week as well? Has an abandoned game ever been called off again ha!

Peterborough game was called off for waterlogged pitch earlier in the week.

I was wondering the same thing about 2nd postponement.

Hopefully this time decision could be made earlier, but if it goes ahead it is going to be a tough game l.

What’s our budget compared to derby and Pompey?

Pretty sure Charlton and Peterborough have spent way more than us this season.

But what would I know, I havent watched football for as long so no very little. My cotton socks feel blessed

  6. It started raining last night and not forecast to stop all week. Not as heavy as a few weeks back, but there are obviously issues with drainage, so the pitch is going to be very heavy if playable.

  7. Shit day at the office, they were garbage yet scored 3. Results around us all bad, so two points dropped but could have been worse.

Cambridge scored 4 today, Tuesday is going to be tough.

Yeah, I'm surprised at the praise for Coleman

I find him to be a bit all over the place

He was least of worries tonight for me, but yes hope Baxter returns soon. That us why he is #2 though

He doesn't make the right runs. Never goes near post. Always goes far post in-between two defenders. He's never getting enough goals to make up for his weaknesses

I have stuck up for Vic and thinks he comes in for a lot of unfair criticism,  but the last few games he has looked really lost. Was some good play to lay off to Paris nearly resulting in a goal, but quite a lot of aimless running.

Major let off through poor Wycombe finishing

taylor & Coleman are so flaky

however it’s a win & with top 2 results we needed it

Coleman made two or three great saves to keep us in it!

  11. Thank fuck for that. Not pretty at times and Wycombe will wonder how they haven't come away with something.  But crucial 3 points. Hopefully Santos back soon

He saw it and waved the advantage

Wycombe commentators on ifollow were baffled how it wasn't a yellow

Yeah, knew he had played on, but how he didn't book the player, he had two goes at it. Yellow all day

  13. Losing the midfield battle, but trying to go long to beat the press but the distribution has been woeful, or just not sticking when it has found a man.

Still 1 up, and hopefully more success in the 2nd half
