Not for me this one, we're taking a risk on an unproven keeper to benefit another club rather than take the same risk on a player of our own.

They've built this up far too much this morning, it's definitely going to be underwhelming

If we sign Baptiste, hire Gilks and sign that poor man's Alexander on loan then it would start dulling my vibe a bit. Getting a bit Owen "jobs for the boys" Coyle about it.

Whatever this new shirt looks like, there is no way it can be as bad as the new England shirt.

Looks like some cheap rip off tat from Chorley market. Maybe the delayed Euros will give them time for a rethink.
Surely there's absolutely zero chance that's real...

I think Brockbank could benefit from some weight training but from what I've seen of him he's similar to Senior. Good on the ball, not afraid of a challenge and reads the game well enough. I'd like him in that RCB position especially as the plan is to get the ball down and play some football.
I think as a right back it wasn't his strongest position, lacks the pace to be impactful there, I think at first he was getting Holding comparisons which was clearly optimistic but there's definitely a good ball playing defender in there.
I would very much question the suggestions of attitude issues, when he was leading the young lads at the start of the season he was nothing short of exceptional attitude wise.

Plus I also thought senior and edwards looked the better defenders.
Senior yes, Edwards absolutely not.
I think Zouma on the right of a back 3 would have been a decent option but I'm more than happy with Brockbank and a signing with a bit more experience. I've seen Rhys Bennett being rumoured.

White will play more games than Politic and Darcy I reckon and especially if Comley is away on international duty covid permitting of course.
I certainly hope not. I know it's likely we sign White at the end of his deal but still, Darcy and Politic are excellent prospects and more than good enough to do very well at this level. Politic in particular.

No Matt Platt for Bolton. Signed a permanent 2 year deal with Barrow . Bad luck.
I reckon we'll be just fine without a 22 year old with no football league experience.

I just want one year of an all white kit again and I'll be happy.

Sounds a lot like Darcy that. It will be interesting to compare them.
I wouldn't say so, I see Darcy as more of a Crawford type in behind strikers.
By all accounts, Evatt favours a 3-5-2 with one of a central 3 midfielders in a more advanced role so depth wise I'm seeing us currently looking like:
GK: New Signing(NS), NS - Gilks?, Alexander
RCB: Brockbank, NS
CB: NS, Delaney
LCB: Taft, Senior
RWB: NS, NS
CM: Comley, NS
CM: Sarcevic, White
LWB: Bunney?, NS
CAM: Crawford, Darcy
ST: Doyle, NS
ST: Politic, Faal

All depends on the test events but I suppose, but you'd have to expect the first few weeks to be behind closed doors at least.
You'd have to think that they'll try to limit the games behind closed doors at this level to an absolute minimum. Clubs can't survive putting on those games without the match day revenue for very long at all.
I'd suggest putting regulations in place at first with socially distanced seating and only groups of households allowed to sit together and maybe even the requirement of masks being worn.

Excellent stuff! Now let's just hope we can actually be there to watch it.

I think that's Reiss Greenidge, not Jordan.
