  1. It shouldn't matter about other teams. We have the basis of a squad to take us up and we have the resources of a big club for this league. If the manager can develop himself and make the right changes to personnel and tactics, then we will go up automatically.
  2. After that display at Wembley its natural for us to want a new start. We have to remember that he is a relatively new youngish manager. His tactical knowledge is limited, but in spite of that the team has made progress in terms of how high we finished in the league. Some areas of the squad need refreshing and if he stays he needs to get on with that. He also needs to learn and coach different styles of play for different circumstances. Another year will give him the opportunity to develop as a manager. If he does and takes us up next season then i think that will be better than the gamble of a new manager.
  3. Despite a number of striking options we seem totally clueless once we approach the opposition box. The quality of passing is poor in the final third and we just want too much time. Opposition defences in the top half teams will not allow us the time and space that we seem to need. Is this down to the quality of our attacking players or is it our tactics that are inflexible and easy to read.
