Alternative to GITHUB

Having a play around with HTML and CSS,

Any of the more techy people on here know of a better command line module than GIT?

dunno where else I can ask this 😛

What is it you're trying to do, learn some CSS and HTML ?

GIT is not necessary for that, just download something like programmers notepad, sublime etc and make some pages and open them in the browser on your laptop/PC.

Go on a site like w3schools.com to get yourself started.

doing cs50 atm, i've done the cs50 on their own server but then for the more specific AI and python modules it needs something a bit more middle of the road. Supports bootstrap but one of the modules is about backing up via github and it wouldn't allow it. The guy teaching uses a mac, i'm more PC. Currently using tsohost and stablehost for hosting.

I'll try programmers notepad and sublime, thank you..

It's one of those things that if you ask in forums you get either a) abuse saying you're a bot, or b) stupid answers.

Tried visual basic and then realised that's probably a degree on itself!
