I actually think that he is a decent player, about he same quality as Nolan from what I have seen of Barton, would do a good job in our midfield.

 

However, he is a lot like Bowyer, and from that note, I don't think I would like him at the club, too disruptive, and don't think the Bolton fans would approve of him.

 

I would imagine that Man City would want between ??1.5M and ??2M for him, that would be too much for him and the job that he would do.

We don't want to sign him. I don't think he is better than what we have already got and would not improve the squad.
