Despite their fans standing up throughout the match, our fans got told to sit down. I got told to sit down when I stood up because the bloke in front of me stood up.

 

and then at the end, their fans started throwing stuff. a coin hit my dad so i complained to the steward. he said 'I didnt see it'. I think he saw the million and one bottles and other missles that soon followed. when I asked what he was going to do about it, he said nothing.

 

its not even PMT week but he got the wrong end of a hissy fit. what a bunch of nobs, I don't know what they're being paid but they'd have to look harder to find a bunch of more incompetent, inarticulate not-rights.

I looked at the away sections and there was a row of police behind both sets of Bolton fans and much more stewards than in any other part of the ground. These people are spoiling the match for away supporters, you can't even sing and chant any more without the risk of someone putting their hand on your shoulder.

In the South Stand where I was the stewards didn't give a fu(ck, you could stand up no problem.

I watched the first half level with the penalty area that we were attacking and then walked round to the same position at the other end.

I had a very nice reply from the lovely people at city, said there will probably an investigation launched.

I called a steward a munich at OT when we won 1-0, not sure how I managed to get away with that one. He wasn't happy that a honkey had just insulted him, but he did sod all about it...........I was expecting to be kicked out at least

 

Those asian stewards at Blackburn really wind me up, one of them came over with his 'supervisor' jacket on once and thought that'd shut us up :badgrin:
