I think it's a hierarchal thing. The "Big Cheeses", that is to say the powerful people in the world of goat bumming always get first go on a new animal. They all don their red goat bumming overalls and go like the clappers.

 

When they have all finished, and the goat is no longer a virgin, it is cast out of the GBT (Goat Bumming Tower) and sent to the masses gathered outside. The gathered masses who a re new to the world of goat bumming then form an orderly queue and pleasure themselves.

 

 

Widnes is of course of the red overall wearing fraternity, and not a mere pleb who hangs around at the bottom of the GBT waiting for cast offs.
