December 31, 200520 yr What with all the arse kissing everywhere. I think the lads the best prospect in the game. A fat, bin-dipping granny fucker but still.........he was distinctly average today IMO.
December 31, 200520 yr imo he was outstanding he ran us ragged in the 1st half no one could pick him up playing just off saha.didnt see much of him in 2nd apart from setting up there 3rd. if he was average i wouldnt like to rate the performances of our players. we where beaten by a better team which cost millions to buy. ours cost next to fcuk all so when united are playing well which they where today there isnt much you can do. saying that we where shit ,we are shit every away game but we seem to get away with it as our record away from is good over the last 3 years.
December 31, 200520 yr Author When I say average, I mean average to his usual standard. I must be honest. Didn't really get a great look at the third. To far away.
January 1, 200620 yr Much as it pains me to type this, but Rooney was outstanding today, as was the Portuguese rapist whose name escapes me.
January 1, 200620 yr I said it after our 2-2 draw last season......Ronaldo is the best player i've seen live. And that was only after seeing him as a sub against us twice His final ball isnt good enough for him to be world class but his pace is too much for our defence to handle. The lad frightens me more than Henry or anything in the Chelsea side.

January 1, 200620 yr Back to the original subject of Rooney I don't know why it hasn't been mentioned before but shouldn't he have been sent off for lashing out at the back of Gardner's legs well after the ball had gone. He went down right in front of the linesman but he surprisingly didn't signal to the ref who was presumably looking at the ball.

I`ve no doubt the linesman saw it but he just didn`t have the bottle to do anything about it because of who it was...if that had been a Bolton player kicking out at Rooney I wonder if he would have flagged then
