One of the lads is working up there now, major heavy snow! He just rang me to check the Internet to see if it comes to it we can cancel our train tickets (cos at ??54.00 its a lot to lose) if the match is called off. We can (un-used of course). Problem is we all set off before 9.00am from Manchester! I doubt they would cancel the game before then.

 

Weather forcast is minus 5 for the next few days, not much chance of the snow melting. The pitch will be OK but its the surrounding area's that lead to their game against Charlton being called off 1 hour before KO earlier in the season.

 

Either way I suppose it will still be a piss up in Newcastle but maybe with no match!
