Ended up getting mine on the phone today, when I asked if he had a clue how many we have sold his response was:

 

"Not very many, it's been very slow to be honest"

Ok, sorted the problem with the website:

 

It doesn't like Firefox but does like Internet Explorer. However, won't accept card details now and locked me out because I've done too many retries and not given be a helpdesk number. Losing patience.... :angry:

Just done mine on-line as last year.

 

Entered my login details, the two seats were shown correctly priced, (Family/Early/Lifeline).

 

Clicked through to proceed to checkout, filled in my card details, and guess what..............

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5 seconds later I had a booking confirmation number. Whole process less than 2 minutes, including typing in the card info & my login details (which took most of the time)
