I have opened a new account and that seems to work fine on works computers

 

Will wait and see when I am home if it works on laptop, if it does its going to be a painful stretch adding all my contacts back on to my new one

if possible remove battery, make sure it is unplugged.

 

then leave for five minutes.

 

reboot and it will be fine, works all the time on mine.

My Laptop never stays plugged in anyway as I use it all over the house
