I'm off to Vienna in November to watch the England friendly, I want to wear an England shirt from that era (1952) when (Sir) Nat was nicknamed 'The Lion of Vienna'. I want to get a bit of printing done on it too. Any ideas? Do they sell the shirts at the club shop?

BTW there is 3 days in Bratislava as part of the trip staying on the 'Botel Marina'

I thought this thread was going to be about the knighthood petition. I received an email from "10 Downing Street" a couple of days back basically saying thanks for taking the time etc. but there were many deserving people and only 60 knighthoods got awarded per annum. Felt like sending back an email saying that he was more deserving than the civil servant whose title was awarded for long service of arsse licking or for an obscene donation (or "loan") to party funds from a businessman whose industry was founded on sweat shops but I thought what was the point? They never go to those that deserve them anyway.

I received an email from "10 Downing Street" a couple of days back basically saying thanks for taking the time etc. but there were many deserving people and only 60 knighthoods got awarded per annum. Felt like sending back an email saying that he was more deserving than the civil servant whose title was awarded for long service of arsse licking or for an obscene donation (or "loan") to party funds from a businessman whose industry was founded on sweat shops but I thought what was the point? Bratislava? Your brave.... of the four of us who went there when England played Slovakia, each one of us agreed it was the worst places we'd visited - absolute sh!thole. Vienna was good the other year though - and free entry to the ground can be gained via an 'open' fire exit.
