They've shot their bolt by offering a free ticket with the new away shirt. Doh!

We used to have a great away following, but in recent years it has become very poor.

 

How many does the away section hold at St Andrews?

 

1500 doesn't look too bad if the end holds 2000.

Numbers are down purely because of the European trip?

 

On the contrary, numbers are up on what we normally take to St Andrews - it's been pitiful in recent years.

 

I think that due to the European game being in such an obscure location logistically, meaning a low turn out over there, many folk are going to Brum instead - particularly as it's ?15 a pop - and the cheap price means it's not daft money going to Skopje and Brum.

 

I'm going to both, but wouldn't have been going tomorrow if it was normal prices due to the Macedonia trip and the fact that I hate St Andrews.

Been a few near escapes over the years at Brum, but it is one of those games

I don't like to miss.

Always feel a bit apprehensive but getting back on the M6 with 3 points

and unscathed feels great.

 

 

The last minute winner a few seasons ago was absolutely superb !!
