Showing it live in Singapore, my assessment of the first half

Spurs edged it, especially in terms of clear cut chances. Our nemesis Keane is causing all sorts of problems down Joey OB's wing. Likewise Berbatov looks sharp. Ricky is also a bit short of match practice but lots of effort. More solid at centre half, Andy OB playing well. Midfield has much more shape, Campo knocking some decent long balls to Davies and generally protecting the defence, though he has put in a few rash tackles. Nolan still looks lost. Forward line a bit quiet but I expect opportunities will come given Spurs' weakness is clearly defence and dodgy keeper.

Will happily take a point and aim for 3 next week.

sounds like we are playing alot better lets hope we can get a win to make it two in the six months while iv been over here, it can only get better once i return on tuesday i hope

Attendance 20,308

Dawson double handed push on Davies, looked a clear penalty to us

Nolan subbed. I could tell it was going to be him before Jack Dearden said because of the 'ironic' cheers. Has this really been his 'best performance of the season' as they've repeatedly said?

Berbatov's been subbed too which I'm happy about.

Lennon is now on for the last ten minutes.........which could be worrying

I'm still worried about Keane.

Come on boys, no injury time jitters please...

Jussi grabbing Meite by the throat?

sounded like we could have won it but a draw is a big improvment on how we have been playing now its on to fulham and if we can win it some how we will set are selves up nicely for a massive game next week at derby.

Fck me hanging on again for the point, but hard-earned and a step in the right direction.

Jussi superb save from Keane near the end, right and left backs a bit shaky but only to be expected having been out so long. We're still dodgy on crosses. Andy OB man of the match for me though Campo will get all the plaudits. To be fair, Ivan played well and was certainly in the thick of things. Speed kept things ticking over but Nolan was anonymous, it's like the game keeps passing him by. Except for Campo feeding balls into Davies, and Davies tracking back to his usual high standard, Nolan's non-performance left a gap with the forward line though Diouf was also disappointing. Anelka never had any supply.

On the whole, 7/10, bags of effort, not the best but we deserved a point and we had strong claims for a penalty (push on Davies), the ref was a picky so-and-so who had it in for Davies.

Let's hope we can take this performance to Derby.

IVAN CAMPO!!! Today we saw why we miss him so much when he isn't there! Just him being in the 11 lifted the crowd and he was the only one playing any dangerous passes, cracking header for the goal too!

And as for Nolan.... he was an absolute disgrace as he has been for the rest of the season, lazy and sluggish on the ball.

The attendance was pathetic, just over 20,000. All you who could have gone but didn't should be ashamed. Credit to those who did turn up though, good atmosphere in the east stand lower and great reception for King Campo!

At half-time, I thought today's game was very winnable. Spurs weren't much good.

Trouble is, it seemed we didn't have the confidence to push for a win. Still, an improved performance & a draw stops the rot for now.

Still can't see any evidence of the players playing for LSL, and not much sign that LSL knows what he's doing.

Bringing Campo back was something we'd needed, given the lack of any obvious younger replacement for him. But given that Campo hasn't even been in the match squads this season till now, it looks like a desperation measure by LSL.

IMO

100% Agree!Everytime Lee plays him we are instantly down to ten men.Campo should give him some "How to Tackle"lessons. All he ever seems to do is jump around in front of attacking players.Perhaps he hopes they'll fall over laughing at his feeble attempts then he can get the ball.UTTERLY USELESS!!!

Sanctimonious tw?t.

The club don't currently deserve 20,000 to turn out.

Playing as badly as I can recall over the last 15 years at least. A poor manager with poor tactics and a bunch of players too ignorant to even acknowledge the lengths and cost/sacrifices some of us made to follow them to Macedonia and then the club has the audacity to want ?33 for a Category A fixture. Don't tell me how to spend my hard-earned, sunshine.

Fans always have and always will vote with their feet. You wouldn't pay top whack to watch a film you're expecting to be shite, would you?

I went but at the price it was touch and go.

Nolan seems capable of jumping and misplacing 80 yard passes.

Not sure what else he does.

3 years since he was a decent player now. That isn't a dip in form. FAT BASTARD

We looked very dodgy.

Good atmosphere in ESL again, loads of yoof yoof yoof getting behind the players.

But a draw is a draw, and we were playing a club who spend more money in close-season than we would in a decade.
