Ownership Of The Reebok And Surrounds

Someone more knowledgable than me may well have more of an idea on the ownership of the Reebok and immediate surrounding area.

However

I have it on good authority that there is an interested party trying to raise ?35m to buy it.

It may come to nothing it may not, but there you go.

can we sell up and go back and re build Burnden, im sure Asda Wont mind

Im sure Emerson own the majority of the business park and are the management company incharge.....they built it and im sure rent out the space!

That is correct, Emerson own all the retail land and the unbuilt on land.

The stadium and piazza area (if that's the right word) and car parks are owned by Burnden Leisure Plc.

The Hotel is a joint venture between DeVere Group and Burnden Leisure.

?35m would only buy what Burnden Leisure own IMO.

the stadium itself might fit but all the perifferies won't. mores the pity.

Fort Sterling used to own that land near the Reebok.

I heard a rumour (amongst another million rumours) that go about each week that Reebok are looking to buy Bolton as a business and pump the necessary money into the club.

Who knows eh

Nice thought. But ain't ED & PG supposed to be running us as a business ?

Businesses generally try to make a profit.

Maybe an outsider can see something ED & PG can't and make a successful business of it.
