Daughter's just got home from her second day at secondary school.

 

"I need to do Biography homework" She informs me.

 

Me, remembering she did a similar project during year 6, suggested she re-did the word.doc and submitted that.

 

Daughter looked at me, all puzzled and said, "It's not that kind of biography, it's the science looking at plants and animals.

 

 

 

 

 

Another time she was trying to get the lid off a bottle of cough mixture. She passed it to me and I opened the lid.

 

"How come you can take the lid off and we couldn't?" asked my daughter.

 

"It's a child-proof lid." I told her.

 

"But how does the bottle know if it's an adult hand or a kid's hand? She enquired.

Remember my daughter asking for see through coca cola when she couldn't think of lemonade.

 

Around the same time her younger sister playing I Spy on a car journey in Devon came up with something beginning with "F". Took ages before she told us - "fatched cottage".

My little 4 year old girl started her first day in reception class today, when i picked her up she said "Can i come again tomorrow" I didn't have the heart to tell her "Yeah sure,you'll be at school nearly every day for the next 12 years" :::lol:::

my daughter says the funniest things, the other day she offered some dog make up to my mother law, when asked why she replied "cos dad says you're an ugly bitch"

can you do a frog impression nana? no she said why? thats a pity says kid mi dad says we going disneyland when you croak it
