Maloney's in Southport (off Lord Street) - actually part of the Scarisbrook Hotel.

Credit crunch lunch - ?6.50 for two main meals.

All home-made grub. Great service - and by the looks of the place - it was packed with old folk - and they know good food for a good price!

 

In contrast, had a cream tea later in the afternoon at the Nostalgia Tea Room and had to leave one arm and one leg as a deposit!!!
