July 4, 200917 yr Stop copying whole articles unless you want us shutting down! I think here someone's come up with a headline and then fitted a story around it. That's because there's been nothing to borrow from here.

July 4, 200917 yr But it's called copyright law. If Carlos just ignores the fact that a poster has cut and pasted from a copyrighted source (Which the Bolton News website is) then he isn't doing his job, as a moderator, properly and is putting HW in the shit and putting this site at risk of being shut down.
July 4, 200917 yr not being funny but its become like school on here, dont do this, dont do that, ffs Not being funny or owt but it's the law. If you don't like it, move to another country without copyright law. And if you don't like the board, I can soon sort that out too. Quite frankly, you have no fucking idea. It's people like you that make the board more trouble than it's actually worth. Thanks to Mickey for highlighting preciselywhy we can't have other people's work on here. There's not a lot else you can't do, I doubt very much if there's many other boards on the internet that let as much go as we do. Certainly not ones that have the eyes on them that we do - plod, Premier League copyright nazis etc.

You don't, that's why you posted the Premier League fixtures on here. That's something we've been threatened with legal action over in the past. Cheers. There is no slanging match, I know Danny. Like I said, you have no fucking idea. Thanks for the advice, mine to you is wind your neck back in.

July 4, 200917 yr You are normally allowed to post a headline and maybe one or two sentances of a story along with a link. Most publishers accept this as fair use. Whole articles are VERBOTEN under copyright law.

Pie-eaters are more than welcome to him at that kind of money. We've enough Championship standard players already.
