It has been out for a while and is littered with spelling errors and also factual errors, the best part of the book is where Todd gives his 10 most memorable matches as a manager and 3 of them are with Bolton, not bad considering.

A few years back I bumped into Colin Todd in Bolton town centre.

Had a good chat with him and he was pretty open about everything.

To some extent it felt like an interwiew.

One thing that sticks in my mind was a comment Gartside said to him in the early years.

"As long as I'm in charge, no Bolton player will ever be paid over 10 grand a week in wages!"

How times have changed eh ?

when does the movie premiere? with us the smoggies and badfot I feel a blockbuster is in the making.

And after those reviews i can see why we are selling it in the club shop! :pardon:

Someone'll correct me if wrong ...... but I think his first goal came at Spurs in December when we came back from 0-2 for the point that took us to a magical 10 points. Think he got one more that season.

Nope .... shocking memory. Old age and all that. That was his debut. Only one goal that season, I think; at Boro in February.

Sorry, Zico. You're right. I was editing it when you posted.

Seen it in a couple of the cheap book shops recently, had a flick but still wasn't tempted.
