Carrots? You dirty dirty bastard! :o :o

Oh & point of order, when it gets a crust surely it becomes a pie.

No. it's lobby wi' a crust, there's too much gravy for it to be a pie, and pies are for wigginers :D

I'm one of those girls who likes to be able to stand a spoon up in my lobby so you've clearly got the wrong recipe anyway.

Our resident lobby expert will be on shortly though when his head's in a better state, I bet.

Carrots and crust? That's a fucking pie you fucking heathen.

Sunday lobby should be made no later than the previous Wednesday and be able to stand a shovel up in it.

You see that bit where Smiff's called me a fuckin heathen, you can add that to yourself,

:D

A pon o' lobby is a delicious olde english (leyth) delicacy made from diced potatoes, chopped up corned beef, chopped onions, diced carrots :o a couple of oxo cubes, add water and cook in pressure cooker, leave to stand for 5 hours then pout into large pyrex dish, cover dish and contents with suet pastry and cook in oven for around 30 minutes, serve large helpings and add red cabbage or beetroot accordingly. :p

so its corned beef hash?

yup, same as scouse etc. But if you're making it for a special occasion, like a wedding or sommat, then I'd suggest using John West corned beef, not that Aldi muck with ears and arseholes in it.
