February 13, 201313 yr It's all to do with the retailers driving the suppliers into the ground and leaving the supplier with zero profit, the unscrupulous supplier will find a way round it by mixing cheaper meats with prime cuts this reducing the price and gaining some margin back, don't do it and some one else will and your out of business.
