im probably goin to sound like a right victor meldrew now.. but does anyone else find they keep being ripped off/short changed etc in shops?

of course no one is perfect 8-[ and everyone makes mistakes, but it seems to be happening all to often. I went to a club on tuesday where i paid with a ??20 note, but only got change for a tenner. the girl argued that id only given her a tenner and to come back when theyd cashed up.

so even after several drinks i went back at 1 and complained but theyd cashed up n left. after emails n that complaining theyve admitted that they did have ??10 extra and apologise for the mistake. but i did have to kick up a fuss, and think mayb they r hoping that i wouldnt bother following it up?

i do find clubs n pubs to b bad for ripping you off, prob cos they think ur drunk n wont notice. anybody else experienced stuff like this?

worst for that are rockworld in manchester they dont give change just the bouncers try and ush you in.. fecking con artists then try to intimidate you if you comlian.. didnt work when they tried it with me.. i just got chucked out second time i complained...

Carry a bucketload of coins around with you & pay for everything with the correct money. You'll piss them off having to count it all out & you'll piss off everyone behind you waiting.
