And Bono wears a wig.[/quote i do like u2 and have lots of their stuff, but they get too political at times and ram their opinions down your neck at concerts, i know their music is a way of increasing awareness of world issues etc, but i wouldnt go to a concert to get lectured, i would go for music. bono has a syrup? by eck, im stunned!!!
October 23, 200421 yr I saw U2 before they were famous, played Loughborough Students' Union. No politics that I remember(although it was a long, long time ago) and certainly no syrup, it would have fallen off. Used to fancy Bono up to around 1986ish. He repaid the compliment by mentioning my birthday in one of their songs.
