Alabama Rot

One of the pups cut a pad earlier. Rang the vets in case it needed some treatment.

They got us down and whilst the cut is quite minor, there's some strict measures we need to observe to prevent Alabama rot.

 

I'd never heard of it, but this one surgery alone has had four cases this week; two have already been put down and others not looking good.

Any dog owners might benefit from having a read of this, my vet was very concerned and insistent on preventative measures.
