Sky Go & Chromebook

I've Been watching my footy and tv stuff on my Asus chromebook for a while now, but can't watch anything on it at the moment, tried uninstalling the sky app and reinstalling it but still doesn't work!

Been doing a little research and it seems Sky go aren't supporting chromebook anymore, wouldn't mind, but I am paying Sky over £70.00 a month for TV/broadband and £90.00 a month for my kids mobile phones.

Really not happy with this, should I just hang fire to see if Sky & chromebook sort it out, or do I need to buy a cheapish non chromebook laptop?

TIA.

Yeah, that's how it was installed.

found this, see if it works for you

When this happened to me, I left the skygo app (in its error state), opened my Chrome browser and the skygo app appeared in the lower right corner as a small screen overlay. I put my cursor on that and pressed play and it worked. Resize the screen then to suit

same place said they are supposed to be fixing it

Shite.

I have it and it is worth the money but it is not 100% reliable.

Fingers crossed! Really not happy with Sky if this is permanent, they can do one otherwise.

Its not gonna be 100%. Thats why you pay Sky £120pcm and IPTV £60 a year
