I firmly believe that, although Neal took us in to the 4th div for the only time in our history, that promotoin back upto the 3rd div laid the foundations for Rioch and then FSA to make us a decent team for 13 or 14 years. For that reason alone Neal isnt the worst manager, that accolade goes to Roy Mc. Oh, and he isnt a Scouser, hes from Northampton, i believe.
