Why doesn't Dougie drop Medo and put Ream in midfield alongside Spearing, bring Wheater back to partner Mills in the middle. Ream can at least pass a ball out of midfield without punting it 80 yards forward.

This was the 2nd to last game before the season starts, and I am still wondering what formation Freedman is going to use, he stated weeks ago we would be playing 2 holding players and 1 striker, at Tranmere 4-1-3-2, and then Port Vale we play a 3-5-1-1 formation, when will he decide his best formation? My guess 10 games to go to starve off relegation. But then again we have that many midfielders we could well see a 1-8-1 formation.

We need a minimum of 4 strikers to start the season, if we sign Mason that would help, but if we are to play just the 1 up front then we need a player in the younger Kevin Davies mould to lead the line. I still cannot believe we let Jutz slip through our fingers.
