You'll be pleased to learn that this fucking retard is calling it a day.

All I would say is that if I were a highly qualified accountant I would find it insulting to be put on a 'probationary period'. How many Bolton Players are on a 'probationary period' (at much higher salaries)?

Read the resignation letter at Companies House.

Shaun McHugh was hailed as having tremendous experience etc. It must have been galling to have been placed on a 'probationary period'. It was insulting.

My apologies. ken is wonderful. He is our saviour.

Seems a bit careless losing three finance directors and a firm of auditors in the space of a year.

Yes, everything's fine. KA is going to settle the BluMarble deal from his own pocket and I'm sure that the 2015/16 accounts will be published soon given that we are approaching the end of the 2016/17 year (next week).

Yep, all sorted.

Winding Up Orders
As I have said before: they felt obliged to resign on 30the April as they were not able to get sufficient information from the directors with which to form a professional opinion. You can read the statement for yourself.

You could, of course, asked politely.

I'm sorry, I don't appreciate threats/ultimatums.

Sorry for the repeated message. It appeared to get blocked time and time again.

They were forced to resign because they were unable to fulfil their professional duties. Standard practice. I post the information simply to correct the KA version that the move was purely for commercial i.e. cost reasons. The main point is that at present the Club has only qualified accounts for 2014/15 which would not be acceptable to the EFL. Let's hope that this is not repeated in the production of the 2015/16 accounts. My apologies for raising the matter

The legal resignation notice is recorded by Companies House on 21/4/2017. I am surprised you have not read it. The auditors set out the reasons for their resignation. The Club is, of course, legally obliged to bring it to the notice of all creditors and shareholders. I am not sure that this has been done. For whatever reason, you obviously feel that this is not valid information to raise.

Inner Circle Investments (i.e. KA) has offered to pay the BluMarble loan in full. I assume that we can take this statement at face value and BWFC assets will not be sold off to meet part or all of the loan (bear in mind there is a legal charge against BWFC assets if the loan is not paid, approved by the Directors last year). Whatever the views of LoV it makes some valid points. The Club is in limbo until this loan is paid off, the 2015/16 accounts are produced (2 months overdue) and the auditors are able to express satisfaction that the Club is a viable going concern (remember that Deloittes were forced to resign because they were unable to obtain sufficient information from the Directors to satisfy themselves that the Club was viable on a going concern basis).

For clarification, Simon Marland is not the 'Club Secretary'. He mysteriously claimed he was when witnessing Deano's signature to the contract to guarantee BWFC assets against the Blumarble loan.
