For some reason, I just have a gut feeling he's gonna cave in before court and accept an offer before the hearing... The prospect of liquidation, having to attend hearings and investigations is definitely not what he wants. Just a gut.. maybe hope too.

In summary to help everyone: in order for Howard’s team to reclaim the shares on the 10th April, the club still has to be in existence and any adjournment tomorrow will mean that is possible. If tomorrow we get liquidated, we have 7 days which will mean we lose the club in the evening of the 9th April, therefore Howard’s team cannot recall the shares as by the time the recall notice expires we won’t have a club. if we get a 7 day adjournment.. we will back in court on the 10th, with liquidation then meaning we go bump on the 17th so Howard’s team can recall because we still exist on the 10th... etc etc. same with a 14 day adjournment etc. no adjournment tomorrow means Howard’s team cannot win. It’s that simple.

Yeah, because 1 week plus liquidation next week in effect means two weeks. Howards team only need til the 10th to reclaim

I think Howard read that wrong, I think he read it as I did by ‘owning it tomorrow’ not ‘whatever tomorrow’s deadline brings’

Yeah, 7 days from today extension is 9th. tomorrows 7 day liquidation takes us to the 10th! So there is still time by my calculations! @Howardroark

@Howardroarkwouldn’t the 7 day extension mean that it falls on same day as the liquidation of granted, so you can still get the shares?

Hopefully, with this new charade deal in the offing which I suspect is bullshit and released on the eve of court for a reason, this may mean the court do adjourn for 14 days giving Howard’s crew a foot back in the door?

These are my thoughts too. I’m glad everything is crashing down on him and the net is closing in on him, means it will eventually suffocate him into surrendering I hope. Just gotta hope for a 14 day adjournment tomorrow and it allows the Bahraini’s back in. But also prolongs the agony and god knows what happens to wages & the next two games. Portman Rd Saturday is an option I hear.. @Howardroark Who paid the March wages, as that was when you agreement with Ken was under agreement wasn’t it? Guess he didn’t pay off his own back.

Can you guys influence the adjournment by providing proof of this share recall which in effect is better than liquidation?
