This. Ken stands to make more money from liquidating us than a sale so will naturally want that for himself. He has courted Bassini to knock H's team out the picture, and Bassini won't prove funds so there will be no alternative but liquidation for us in the courts eyes as no realistic buyer available. We go to the wall, ken gets his £5m from sold assets, he's happy.

He wont want an extension, he will want the 7 days to run out meaning its too late for his shares to be recalled and we go under. He gets his money because he is a secured creditor so he is happy and makes more than a sale.
