I think our academy is starting to bear fruit you have Conway who is a first team regular, Toby Ritchie who looks one hell of a player, Inwood looks like he could play at league 1 level and Irwin who needs a good loan. We need all four playing at league 1 level first maybe TR might stay but future looks good and if they all progress then that’s one hell of a spine all for nowt
