Maybe I'm in a minority, but I don't find the latest statement offensive. He confirms the club's loss making and can't pay it's way. He doesn't have to fund it. We need a buyer or bust. I've said loads of times on this thread that the numbers don't stack up, all clubs lose money need a benefactor to prop them up, but lots of people don't seem to want to accept it. There is no plan B for football clubs that drop out of the premier league.

This is a different company though, so would have to pursue each company individually. Guess we'll just wait and see.

Anyone reporting from court on the Hotel Winding up petition? https://www.thegazette.co.uk/notice/3092965 I have just noticed that the petitioner's solicitor is Gateley's. These are one of the companies who are appointed by HMRC once companies are placed in liquidation. Anyone know if HMRC have jumped on this petition as well?
