  1. Tbh mate, i saw a deflection but had no idea who it came off. I'll go the Arsene Wenger route and say I saw nothing 😁
  2. Was the lad who got sent off at ours, isn't he ?
  3. Phew! Somehow got to half time level. You lads in the ground coming through loud and clear on the comms 👏👏👏
  4. 😁
  5. Playing 12 again too. Ref is another nonce
  6. Ha ha, brilliant. Come on lads
  7. Great goal. Get the fuck in.
  8. Worse than Rotherham away this
  9. Let's hope lincoln declare or this could be 7 or 8
  10. Every time we get the ball we pass it back towards our own goal. Even when a simple forward pass is on.
  11. Absolute shambles
  12. Wouldn't it be great if just for once, we managed to unearth a couple of absolute gems, seems like it's been a while. Go on lads, get stuck in. COYWM
  13. I said before the Oxford game (and i wasn't the only one), that this could make or break the club for a few years. I don't want to be proven right but... Not going up was a disaster and almost every decision made since has compounded it. Seriously hope SS can work things out and get us flying again.
  14. Remember being at the Northampton game with a mate who was back home from the States for a bit (the artist formerly known as tyls white 😀). It was a bit of a struggle was that and he commented that it would take a while to knock Evatt ball out of them. Don't think either of us thought it would take until next season but here we are 🤷‍♂️
  15. I'm glad it's not just me then 😄 I know he's scored a handful of decent goals but outside of that, I just don't see what he brings. I don't get me started on this not trying for headers shite.
  16. Tbf I think he was another who spent most of his spell here injured 🙄
  17. It looked like that was their game plan. Keep a clean sheet and see if we gift them a goal. They weren't exactly committed to all out attack.
  18. They shouldn't need telling though should they ? Set piece, our biggest stump should just say he'll mark their biggest stump, and so on.
  19. That's one of the worst aspects. They were a bit shit really but we barely troubled them.
  20. Been shite this, hasn't it.
  21. Fair play mate, i wasn't that bored 👍😁 Think they took a while to get going didn't they? Could be down to bedding so many new players in or the new manager. Either way, like you say they've done better than I thought they would. The bastards 😄
  22. Oh I agree that they are the outsiders.
  23. Against that, they might also look at the backing and support he got here which was more than most could dream of offering. And ultimately he failed (harsh i know as he did a lot of good things). Add in the regular red cards for charging onto the pitch to confront officials and opposition players 🤦‍♂️, and i dunno. Then again it is football we're talking about 😄
  24. Spot on mate. Evatt was obsessed with having us "Championship ready" 😒, but with division 3 players. 6 and 7/10 most weeks will get you promoted. Don't have to play champagne football. It's nice when we do though 😀. I'm optimistic for next season when I think back to SS getting Plymouth up. He had them just knocking out wins all season, am sure @green genie will confirm.
  25. Well that's the problem isn't it. Think you'd agree there is some talent there. And it's why a lot of us get so frustrated, myself included. The trick is to get regular 7/10 performances instead of the occasional 9/10 followed by 3 and 4/10. I think we will still have a lot of this squad next season, hopefully SS can improve on the consistency 🤞
