I had a problem earlier in the season when sons account I had created for some reason looped back to putting my name on the ticket, and then obviously saying I couldn't buy it as I was already buying one. Even though I'd created his account and membership and everything. Had to ring the ticket office and they sorted straight away, and got me the tickets I was after for that game. Which isn’t possible as the games we’ve done where it would let us they didn’t have one against them. think it may be due to old CRN system but we were told it was sorted.
