This is a young man called Kirlo, who played for Brazil in the South American U17 Championships. He flicks the ball up, balances it on his head, and runs past opponents. It's called the "seal dribble", and he can do it so well, that he can change direction at pace, while the ball is still seemingly attached to his head.

 

Is this legal, or could it be classed as obstruction? Are there any legal ways of stopping this??
