The picture is a page from the Newcastle Journal on April 29th. It is reporting on a new system used in Newcastle that takes fingerprints to identify underage drinkers, trouble-makers etc. The system contains information about the person.

 

Now look at the picture on the right (woman pointing at the screen giving her fingerprint ID).

 

You will need to increase the picture size to make out the comment on screen under "Member Info".

 

Apparently it was easily read in the newspaper!!
