Cup Winners Cup is an old tournament that got merged into the UEFA cup - I think Chelsea were the last team to win it.

 

You also didn't have to win a cup to play in the tournament, as you could have been a runner up in your domestic cup competition and still been entered for it

so what is the cup called that liverpool and cska moscow played for this season?
